The personal information you submit to us is used for purchase processing and account maintenance purposes only. This information is used to better serve our customers and will not be transferred to a third party for any reason.
Returns & Refunds
To receive a prompt refund from Bamboo Originals, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, with shipping and insurance prepaid (sorry, no C.O.D's are not accepted). Unfortunately, original shipping fees cannot be refunded. A 10-15% restocking fee may apply. Before returning any item, you must first email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No refunds of any type will be accepted without a RMA# (which is valid for 14 days).
Exchanges
Bamboo Originals is happy to make exchanges within 14 days any product is purchased from the website, provided the item is not worn and not washed. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning items for exchange.
